Maybe this is the first time you've needed something engraved or personalized - let us take you through our simple process so you know how it works.
- Identify the need and the product. First we're going to ask you a lot of questions like:
- Who is it for?
- What's the occasion?
- How many do you need?
- When do you need it?
- Do you have the product or do you need us to find it for you?
- Do you have a logo or design or do you need us to design something for you?
- Once these questions are answered we will give you a quote on the project.
- If you approve of the financial quote, we will then begin the graphic design and procurement process.
- Once the product is here we start designing the engraving/personalization.
- We will send you a proof via email or text for you to approve. When we get to this stage we generally are ready to produce the product same day so please be ready to respond to our communications so we can expedite the approval process as soon as possible.
- Upon approval of the design, we will put your project into production.
- When your project is completed we will contact you to schedule a time for pickup, drop-off or shipping.
- For small jobs payment is required before we ship or when you pickup. For corporate jobs we can invoice you and set you up with online payments and Net30 accounts.
